Tomorrow is our wedding anniversary, 15 years, how have we managed to survive 15 years I ask myself.

Well I have to say it got easier when the children left home.
Between us we have five now all flown the nest and busy and happy doing their own thing.

My memory is playing tricks on me, must be an age thing. I went shopping yesterday for a nice anniversary card and finished up at the till with a birthday card; which I bought as Rob is 60 next month. I then went to a differant shop to get the card I had intended to buy.

Oh dear the menopause has a lot to answer for.

I don't suppose we will do anything special on the day but we may go for a meal at the weekend. To be truthful by the time we get in at the end of the working day getting ready to go out is the last thing on our mind. Then again that will have to be on Sunday as i have a 24 hour shift 'on call' for emergencies on Saturday.

At least the weather is more like summer at last, I love the light nights, just hope it lasts so that everyone has good weather for their hols.

Had a walk around the garden and I noticed we have some tweeny tomatoes on two of the plants, so I must start to feed them now. Just imagine eating  fresh picked tomatoes still warm from the sun.

Suns going down for the evening so best go get the washing in.
